• Option 1 (Hot porridge): Add 1 scoop (60g) with 150ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1–2 minutes. Eat and enjoy!
• Option 2 (Cold/shake style): Add 1 scoop (60g) with 100ml of cold water or milk and stir well. To add heat, place into the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir again, and enjoy!
• When to use: Can be used as overnight oats, real food, porridge, breakfast, or any time during the day that a good protein oats meal is needed — equally effective as a quick breakfast, post-workout recovery meal, or late-night snack.
• Customise it: Stir in fruit, nut butter, or a dash of cinnamon to vary the flavour and add extra nutrients to your bowl.

SHIPPING
Every order placed on the website usually shipped no later than 2 business days (in most cases) except Sundays and holidays via our courier partners.

DELIVERY
Delivery times begin after shipment normally it arrives within 3 – 5 business days for major cities.
We do not guarantee the exact date of arrival as the time indicated is on best best-effort basis by the delivery partners and it also depends on the availability of the customer.
For the delivery, our delivery partner will contact you at the given contact numbers to confirm your availability.
In case there’s no contact established between the delivery partner and the customer, the order will be returned to the company, if the customer wants to resend the order, shipping will be charged.

ORDER TRACKING
Once the order is shipped the customer will be provided with the tracking number which they can use to track their order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Only products of stock can be added and controlled in a basket. In case of unavailability of the ordered product due to an error of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer has the choice between a refund or replacement of a product at the same price.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
