We do not guarantee the exact date of arrival as the time indicated is on best best-effort basis by the delivery partners and it also depends on the availability of the customer.
For the delivery, our delivery partner will contact you at the given contact numbers to confirm your availability.
In case there’s no contact established between the delivery partner and the customer, the order will be returned to the company, if the customer wants to resend the order, shipping will be charged.

Only products of stock can be added and controlled in a basket. In case of unavailability of the ordered product due to an error of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer has the choice between a refund or replacement of a product at the same price.

What happens if my payment fails?

Why is COD not available?
COD is not offered for certain products or locations due to courier limitations. Please choose an alternative payment method such as Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

How do you ship your orders?
Light items are shipped by air, while heavy products like fitness equipment are shipped via ground couriers. We deliver using partners like Shiprocket, Bluedart, FedEx, or India Post for remote locations.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines:
2-5 business days post-dispatch.
For Remote locations: 7 business days or longer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track it under the 'My Orders' section in your account.
How long does it take to dispatch an order?
In-stock items: Same or next business day.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is the general return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items with intact packaging. Refunds for card payments are processed back to your bank account. COD refunds will be issued via cheque.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Notify us within 24 hours at hello@proteinnation.com or +91 81110 66699 with images of the packaging and products. We will arrange a reverse pickup and provide a refund or replacement.
What items are not eligible for returns?
Opened or used nutrition products.
Damaged items due to misuse.

How do I arrange a return pickup?
