Every order placed on the website usually shipped no later than 2 business days (in most cases) except Sundays and holidays via our courier partners.
DELIVERY
Delivery times begin after shipment normally it arrives within 3 – 5 business days for major cities.
We do not guarantee the exact date of arrival as the time indicated is on best best-effort basis by the delivery partners and it also depends on the availability of the customer.
For the delivery, our delivery partner will contact you at the given contact numbers to confirm your availability.
In case there’s no contact established between the delivery partner and the customer, the order will be returned to the company, if the customer wants to resend the order, shipping will be charged.
ORDER TRACKING
Once the order is shipped the customer will be provided with the tracking number which they can use to track their order.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Only products of stock can be added and controlled in a basket. In case of unavailability of the ordered product due to an error of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer has the choice between a refund or replacement of a product at the same price.
