SHIPPING
Every order placed on the website usually shipped no later than 2 business days (in most cases) except Sundays and holidays via our courier partners.
DELIVERY
Delivery times begin after shipment normally it arrives within 3 – 5 business days for major cities.
We do not guarantee the exact date of arrival as the time indicated is on best best-effort basis by the delivery partners and it also depends on the availability of the customer.
For the delivery, our delivery partner will contact you at the given contact numbers to confirm your availability.
In case there’s no contact established between the delivery partner and the customer, the order will be returned to the company, if the customer wants to resend the order, shipping will be charged.

Once the order is shipped the customer will be provided with the tracking number which they can use to track their order.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Only products of stock can be added and controlled in a basket. In case of unavailability of the ordered product due to an error of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer has the choice between a refund or replacement of a product at the same price.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is logged and payment authorization is received, we confirm receipt and start processing.

Can I order a product that is 'Sold Out'?
Products marked as 'Sold Out' are unavailable for purchase. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to get updates on availability.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
Log in to your account and click on 'My Orders' under the 'My Account' section. Here, you can view the status of all orders. To see details for a specific order, click on the respective 'Order Number.'

How do I pay for a Proteinnation purchase?
We offer secure payment options, including Credit/Debit cards, Internet Banking, and UPI. The prices listed are final and all-inclusive.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase?
There are no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
For Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express):
Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV during checkout.
Complete the payment using your bank's secure 3D verification.
For Debit Cards:
Provide your card details and complete the payment on your bank's secure page.
What happens if my payment fails?

Why is COD not available?
COD is not offered for certain products or locations due to courier limitations. Please choose an alternative payment method such as Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
PAYMENT RELATED
How do you ship your orders?
Light items are shipped by air, while heavy products like fitness equipment are shipped via ground couriers. We deliver using partners like Shiprocket, Bluedart, FedEx, or India Post for remote locations.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines:
2-5 business days post-dispatch.
For Remote locations: 7 business days or longer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track it under the 'My Orders' section in your account.
How long does it take to dispatch an order?
In-stock items: Same or next business day.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is the general return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items with intact packaging. Refunds for card payments are processed back to your bank account. COD refunds will be issued via cheque.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Notify us within 24 hours at hello@proteinnation.com or +91 81110 66699 with images of the packaging and products. We will arrange a reverse pickup and provide a refund or replacement.
What items are not eligible for returns?
Opened or used nutrition products.
Damaged items due to misuse.
Missing original packaging or accessories.
How do I arrange a return pickup?
Contact us at hello@proteinnation.com or +91 81110 66699. If a pickup cannot be arranged, return the product via SpeedPost and share tracking details. Courier costs will be reimbursed.
CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
How do I cancel my order?
If your order is not shipped, you can cancel it under the 'My Orders' section. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?
