Suggested use
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 5-8oz (150-250mL) of cold water and consume prior to exercise. Take 1-3 times daily. Read warnings before use.

Warnings
Always assess your tolerance with a single scoop. This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Delivery times begin after shipment normally it arrives within 3 – 5 business days for major cities.
We do not guarantee the exact date of arrival as the time indicated is on best best-effort basis by the delivery partners and it also depends on the availability of the customer.
For the delivery, our delivery partner will contact you at the given contact numbers to confirm your availability.
In case there’s no contact established between the delivery partner and the customer, the order will be returned to the company, if the customer wants to resend the order, shipping will be charged.
